Keith Reynolds
Our owner and Managing Director, Keith, is the personification of our business: knowledgeable, skilled, practical, professional, and effortlessly personable.
Keith started in the business as an apprentice under his own father, the son of our founder, in 1995 and took the reins himself when Albert retired in 2015.
After 30 years, he still considers himself an apprentice.
Monty Pyne
Monty is our site manager and one of our most recognisable members of staff.
Ensuring the safety and security of our roofers, whilst planning and managing projects, he is a constant feature on all our work sites.
Working with diligence and professionalism, Monty is the lubrication that keeps our machine running smoothly.
Pawel Dabrowski
We take the safety and training of our staff at Reynolds very seriously and took the decision of employing a Training, Health and Safety Manager with fervour.
Pawel is instrumental in ensuring that all members of staff are fully trained in line with the latest guidelines, and that all aspects of health and safety at work are adhered to.
A safe site is a happy site.
Russ Alvarez
Once the work on your home is complete, Russ is the man charged with final inspection and sign-off.
With the keenest of eyes for quality work and a knowledge of all standards to be met, if it doesn't meet Russ's approval, the job isn't finished.
As our Quality Control Manager, Russ is our last word in customer satisfaction.
