Our Work
New Hose to Pump Fittings
Our client in the oil & gas sector was having difficulty finding fittings that could withstand the high pressures generated by their pumps. We redesigned the coupling and fittings and opted for Nickel 625 to prevent corrosion and temperature degradation in time.
Gear Shaft for Motorsports
This project was for a client in the motorsports industry. They needed to reprofile the gearing for a higher drive, whilst changing to a dog, as opposed to helical, arrangement. We designed, tested, and completed the part in 24 hours.
Spindle for Weaving Machine
Our client in the textile industry was having difficulty with a failing spindle in their primary weaving machine. We used C1045 carbon steel to prevent wear over many millions of cycles, ensuring the machine will be reliable from now on.
Impeller for Aircraft
One of the most complex pieces we've completed of late, this impeller was made for one of our aeronautical clients. We helped at the initial design stage and put into practice all our experience in this field to make this part from grade 9 Titanium.
Drive Shafts for Rally Cars
This particular client represents one of the leading international rally car teams. They were having difficulty finding a driveshaft that could withstand the high torque and shock requirements, without a weight penalty. We used 300M stainless steel to increase torque tolerance, prevent corrosion, and minimise costs.
